Alex started his fitness journey by undergoing his own body transformation as a young adult. His personal changes in his health inspired him to facilitate the same physical and emotional changes in other people.
Alex uses expertise gained from his Master’s Degree and other continuing education to form an evidence-based approach to physical, emotional, and psychological change. Alex works with a range of individuals but specializes in working with young adults and gentlemen in the 40-80 age range. He also has a cool accent.
